Hi, I'm John Quinn. I help companies figure out what to build.
I create products at SimpliSafe to make people feel safer. I launched the SimpliSafe Smart Lock and manage the Core Alarm System. I contribute to my teams with human-factors design skills I picked up at Olin College of Engineering.
Before SimpliSafe, I worked at Nielsen on the Audience feature of their Innovation Studio. I also joined the startups CabinetM, GenRocket, and Blank Label.
In my free time, I build sustainable development projects. I've spent stints at MassChallenge, the MIT Media Lab, startups in Shanghai, and consulting for the Acera School. I like to read, write, cook, volunteer, and watch animated films.
